Every day is a struggle but I am motivated by everyone here and that sense of not wanting to let the ladies down. It’s good for me too. I sleep better and productivity level is at its peak. Thanks Rachel ❤️❤️

 

Good morning all! Rachel is on my mind 😂😂😂. Getting those steps in. I’m sure I will find myself jumping around during my screen breaks today to get in more steps. Lol 😂😂😂Rachel see what you are doing to us.

Thank you Rachel for checking up on me, I got up this morning and had completed my 10k before 9am. I did get some much needed rest over a couple of days and your gentle motivation helped me get back up! Thanks GF🤗🤗

 

Thank you your encouragement everyday. Without you Rachel I would have given up in week one already. Some days is harder than others but I keep pushing myself thanks to you and all the lovely ladies here. Happy day 20. I’m about to head out for a long walk

 

In 24 days of Get fit with Rachel steps challenge, I have recorded  323,854 steps in total. Gained strength in my legs after an accident I suffered last year. I am 4kgs down….and I have saved a few pennies on fuel because I only use the car in the morning to drop off the kids at school. I walk to pick up my youngest and we walk back.  I’m so happy to say that even my 10 year old has drastically shed off some weight…she is back to her skinny self and she is loving walking. When the weather is bad and I go pick her up with a car the girl gets upset.  My other daughter is also loving walking. Not only that my neighbour has been texting everyday this week asking to go for walks with me…..
